What needs to be reviewed

    Advanced degree or recognized equivalent, or exceptional ability

  2. 02

    At least three USCIS evidence categories for exceptional ability

  3. 03

    A qualifying permanent job offer unless a valid waiver applies

  4. 04

    Labor certification is generally required

POINT OF ATTENTION

Traditional EB-2 usually depends on an employer. The national interest waiver is a separate analysis.
